It is what it is... Chinese buffet... Very affordable and I found the food to be better than I expected. If you are itching for some quick Chinese food, this will solve the itch. Orange chicken was really good fwiw.

Went today for lunch and was very unsatisfied with the service. My friend and I wanted to try a sample and the lady behind the counter gave us attitude. Don't have toothpicks available for samples if you don't wish to give them out. The woman who was at the register was also quite rude. I doubt I will come back to this panda.

I do recognize this is basically fast food and inexpensive, therefore it gets 3 stars instead of 2. The only items that seem flavorful, are those with an extra charge, for "a premium entrée item". They have new packaging for their food, I assume they are trying to be eco friendly. I am great with eco friendly and support that effort. However, this packaging is a bit flimsy, but the worst is that it deteriorates your left over when left in it. It sucks ALL moisture out of your meal, making any leftovers inedible and disappointing. The Shanghai ribs are good. Their orange chicken has gone down hill greatly, it used to be a favorite. I would not say A-OK, but more of what I would expect for a Chinese meal at $10 (two item with one being a premium). They really need to change their packaging!

I honestly love Panda Express, but the worker that was helping me was plain rude. I asked for walnut shrimp, as I was watching her put some on the plate she takes out two shrimps that were already on my plate, like was that necessary & I asked nicely to give me more BUT she was all like oh we only give 7 shrimps to people with a disgusting attitude. BUT what's hella funny is she gives more than 7 to other customers. Every time I go to Panda Express she gives off a bad vibe. & her names Gabby.

Panda Express really isn't what it used to be....=( I still have cravings for it, but they're never met whenever I go eat there.... The food still looks and smells great, but there is absolutely no flavor when I physically eat it...... Still, this place gets lines out the door during lunch! Not recommended for anyone trying to get something on the fly...

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I came on a tuesday at 4:30 and it was not busy AT ALL and yet they wer out of EVERY SINGLE item. I told them what I wanted and they gave me the sad remains . Then when I asked if I could have a few pieces of meat from the fresh batch the employees gave me a nasty look then practically threw a small plate with a few pieces at me. Worst panda ever. NEVER COMING AGAIN. U SHOULDNT EITHER

Quick and easy. Tried the chicken with greenbeans, wad pretty tasty and the greenbeans were cooked well. The rice and the chow mein were both okay. The sweet and sour chicken was also pretty good. Points off because of sides.

If you like orange chicken then you love this place haha! I know panada is authentic but it's good! So I go here! I like to eat the orange chick not the grilled teriyaki chicken. I would suggest to share a meal here because they give you a lot. Also to order to go because I think they give more in a to go box! I like panda express I just don't like going here during lunch or dinner because it gets crowded.

Great selection of Chinese food, the restaurant is very clean, the staff were very friendly and the service was great. Very tasty! We even got a free fortune cookie with our meal :)

What's up with all the bad reviews? This place is great. Fresh ingredients, fast service, cheap prices.

Busy Panda during lunch hours - same old taste. In this place Portion are small. Billing process is slow.

I love how they're so enthusiastically kind with each and every customer they help. By the way, they're very fast and efficient.

Always running out of food :( This is the only location i had to wait for food. Maybe they need to hire an additional cook to keep up.

This is fast food Chinese, so set your expectations. I enjoy the potstickers and the orange chicken. There are more healthy options, but these are my preferences. The parking here is atrocious. Try to come off hours if you can, although for me this isn't possible and I am often slammed with it. This place does a good business, and they are frequently out of things when I arrive. It takes less than 10 minutes to restock, so I usually wait.

There are plenty of Chinese take-out places in the area, but no place has anything quite like Panda Express' orange chicken. Plus, this is also incredibly close to my house, making it a viable option for a quick lunch. The service here is always cordial and efficient, and I've never had to worry about someone getting my order wrong or not understanding me. Even when one of the dishes are out of stock at the moment, the cooks are speedy in restocking the dish. My only qualm about this location would have to be the parking, which can be hectic during the lunch hour on weekdays. I guess if you're willing to walk, you could park across the street at Target. However, when I think of fast food, I want convenience.

An excellent spot for quick, delicious Chinese food in a convenient, pre-cooked buffet style. We came in at dinner time in the evening, so the line was out to the door. However it went relatively quickly. Most items are fried so be ready for that. I got an entre with steamed rice and veggies and was super full by the time I finished. I am glad this is so close to us because we will be back.

  • Vishal V.

I love panda express in general but this specific joint sucks ... there is this little asian guy who works in the front who stuffs the bowl/box with rice but just gives very very small portion of entrees... when asked to put in a little more, he makes a face and charges extra ... and he does this all the time .... total rip off

I swear I saw a roach crawling at the counter where they prepped the food. I told the girl at the register who looks like she is still in high school and she gave me an attitudw as i told her i wont buy the food and walked out.

This is quite possible the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. Every time I come in...I mean every time...they're out of the most popular parts of their menu...fried rice...orange chicken...Beijing beef...it's pathetic. They'll happily make you wait while they make more...but that takes 10 - 15 minutes sometimes. This place is close to where I work; so, I walk in and check it out every so often. It hasn't changed. If you're in a hurry, avoid this place....or, better yet, avoid it entirely....maybe then they'll figure things out.

    (1)
  • James S.

This is your standard PE... nothing special. Its not any worse than the typical, locally owned Chinese restaurants in the Bay area... they all serve faux Chinese food for unsuspecting Yanks and clueless, detached ABCs who know nothing about their 'heritage'. This place is very busy at lunch so there's quite a line. Good luck finding parking... try across the street at Target.

    (3)
  • John L.

Vinnie is the best employee. Serves the right amount of food! Should get a raise!!!! Excellent service!!

  • Jennifer M.

Standard Panda Express location. The staff is nice and the food is fresh. I am addicted to the chow mein and always get a large al a cart size when ordering take out. I recommend avoiding this place for lunch. It does not get packed inside but the parking lot sucks. There are tons of shops, restaurants, and grocery store surrounding this small parking lot. You can spend half of your lunch time waiting for parking. I recommend coming around 10am or after 1pm.

It's the definitive fast food Chinese restaurant and practically a household name around here. I have always had good experiences at all the locations I've been to all over the Bay Area. Sometimes there is a bit of a line, but they are always fast and efficient and always get you through quick. It's kind of a cafeteria type restaurant where you choose your food and they put it on your plate. They are always pretty friendly. You can't beat the price too. I love the Orange chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and Pot Stickers. I don't go as often as I used to because, although they do have some healthier choices on their menu, I am trying to get away from fast food. I will definitely go as a special treat once in a while though.

This store is one of the worst Panda Express locations I have been to. Pros: nice location Cons: Very slow service. Long lines are mostly due to the slow service, not high traffic. Not enough staffing. Constantly low on food. Frequently over-filled trash bins. The last time I was there, the food was lukewarm and mushy. It was disgusting. I used to eat at Panda regularly; it will be a while until my next visit, and it won't be at this location.

    (1)
  • Jessica P.

The food at this particular location is not tasty at all. It is just basic and has no Panda touch to it. The noodles were over cooked with the veggies and no flavor at all. More than half the containers were empty and the vegetables had no white sauce at all.

Being that this is the closest Panda Express to my place of work, I will give it one star just based on that. I LOVE panda, as gross or cheap as it is or as it may sound, Panda gives sooo give me the fast-food fix I crave. Panda has turn out to be THE McDonald's of Chinese food. You never know what you going to get when you walk in. Orange chicken here can be hit or miss like a fortune cookie, but i always order the King Pao Chicken, Thai Chicken, Black Pepper Chicken, or the Chicken and Green Beans. Either of those entrees or combinations thereof work for me anytime. ok let's get to the meat and potatoes of this NEGATIVE write up and let the world know to get their act together because we all know locals in the area. The stadium (49ers) will be opening soon and likely this place will be the one of the GO to place before and after the game and I want to let everyone know my honest opinion of this establishment. Went to this Panda Express at about 8:30 pm on a WED night 3/20/2014. I saw about 5 people in line so decided to go in . OMG it took like 45Mins to get to the front of the line !? MANAGEMENT should be ashamed of themselves. . if they even have a manager. ?? hmm yea I saw a manager in black uniform eating lunch watching all the people beginning to get upset and still didn't care and ate his food. There should be a rule for their employees to eat away from the customer when the lines starts to be an issue. They left this girl SHARON all alone to run the whole restaurant first time EVER I have seen something like this. ONE COOK and ONE SERVER?? HORRIBLE !! they need to get it together or they should just close up. I watched people wait 45 mins in line and then wait an additional 25 mins for their Chow Mein to be cooked??? oh and fried shrimp. Felt so bad for this girl Sharon she was so overwhelmed !! High Five for her only.. but the management needs to wake up and fix this service..

  • Vivian A.

This place can get super busy but probably one if the better Panda's that we've been to. There was only about two spoonfuls of the honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken and they wouldn't serve it but instead told us to wait for a fresh batch. I like that they have a brown rice option as well now. Service was quick, food was reliable, and we were out of there fast.

Okay, don't judge me. Sometimes, we all have a weakness for something not so great but we still like it. That's how I feel about Panda. I came in here expecting this place to be a sh/tshow and it was. I expected to wait foreeeever to feed my ridiculous craving for panda but it was surprisingly not that bad. I was in and out in about 10 minutes during the annoying lunch rush. I was lucky enough to score a fresh batch of my favorites: mushroom chicken and broccoli beef. The service is usually pretty nice to me and the fried was was fresh as well. I actually decided to get half rice, half steamed veggies and they were delicious. They replenish their entrees fast and well. I also don't expect much for the service either so that's probably why I'm not complaining about it. Just let me order what I want and get outta there. That's exactly what I got :) Panda, I will see you next time I decide to give in to your unhealthy deliciousness.

Eh- wasmt expecting much and yeah i got it. Thats what happens when u skip lunch and grab the first thing that appears Green beans and chix - passable as food, the rest was not

I am a regular at this Panda location. I have never had a problem. Yes the parking is difficult to find and lines at Panda do tend to get long but that is why I go there after the busiest hours. Employees are fast. Vinny is great. He remember my order every time I go there!! There are only two vegetarian options in the entree. I do wish they add more.

    (4)

very slow service that's why when my co-workers ask me if I want to join them for lunch here, I never go. I was just forced by the kids to go here tonight... never again.

this is for the new girl elaine? she was way over the toP RUDE SHE WAS VERY PISSED ABOUT WORKING ON THANKSGIVING DAY!! I GET IT! I only come to this place cuz I Love the Honey Walnut Shrimp. But some of the workers here are rude most of the time to me, when I ask a question they look @ me like it was a dumb question or I should already know the answer to it. They don't smile, they look like they are forced to work. The mood gets kinda killed. That's why I NEVER eat there. Also most of time the dishes are half empty to empty or I have to wait @ least five minutes for the food to be done, yeah it's a fresh batch, but I want my food! The portion sizes could be little more too. About two times now they didn't give me a fortune cookie, and yet I know they have them! I only come to this one cuz it's the closet one to where I live.

We generally like Panda Express....it is what it is Fast Chinese Food. If you are expecting fast? Food properly cooked? clean place to eat? avoid this place! Find another location or choose one of the other places along this strip to eat. 1..Waited forever at dinner time because this place cannot seem to keep the food filled in the warming trays. HEY PEOPLE, its dinner time....why do you start cooking the meat AFTER it runs out. 2..Ordered the Rangoon's because normally at the other locations we LOVE them. Received 4 completely overcooked, cold Rangoon's with the filling pretty much gone or cooked away. Took them back and was given 2.....TWO. I am not even sure they understood me when I tried to explain. 3..Beef with Broccoli? pretty much we got a container of Broccoli after waiting 15 minutes. 2 pieces of beef.....plus? PANDA EXPRESS WORKERS (if you read).....DON'T put the rice in the container and leave it sitting there for 20 minutes while you go prepare meat. Half the meal is cold by the time you give it to us. 4..Overpaid! Yes this place has a knack for charging you about $2.00 too much. This has happened three times (the only 3 times we have been there). First two we didn't get our money back because we asked for a manager on the phone and none was available. Third time she came and looked at all our food, opened the containers to make sure we weren't lying I guess. Then refunded the 2bucks. Imagine how many people don't look at the receipt when they purchase. If they get an extra $2.00 of each person that adds up. I have tried to call, have sent an email to Panda Express but this location and its owners/managers DO NOT CARE at all. They have never responded, never resolved the issues even if I am eating there. If you do eat there, check your receipt and make them put the rice or noodles in after they finish cooking your side dishes. Better yet, head next door to 5 Guys, at least you will get some friendly fast service.

  • Jonathan W.

This Panda Express is just simply awful! No matter what time of the day you go there, there is never any food available except for a few dried, burnt-out scraps. If the customer wants anything semi-fresh, there is always a 20-min wait (they would "claim" a 5-min wait but it usually takes 20-min). As a result, the line rarely moves. The servers are always playing the game of "How long can I ignore the customer until he/she goes away?" They simply just hate customers!

    (1)
  • Jeff L.

The employees are pretty rude and are very slow. Customers orders are definitely not their priority here. I was also short changed a couple of times and it has always been by the same server/cashier, Sharon K, as it says on my receipt each time. If you're expecting to eat here, expect to wait 10-15 minutes while the employees take their time in processing orders.

    (1)
  • Jae L.

I hate coming here during my lunch break. They should already know 11:30 to 1:00 stock up on food because its RUSH time!!!! I hate having to wait 10 to 20 mins because food is still cooking.

3.0 Stars Panda Express is OPEN! It's located in the plaza across from the new Target along 1st Street in a plaza featuring Chipotle, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, and other food options. I came in around 1PM today and the line wasn't long at all. There were just 4 or 5 people ahead of me and the line moved fast and efficiently. As John P. mentioned everything was neat and clean for a new restaurant so I didn't have any complaints about the environment. The food tasted consistent with the other Panda Expresses I've been to. Nothing bad, but also nothing amazing. The food tasted fresh, which is a good sign. *2 main entrees with 1 side dish was $5.99. *3 main entrees with 1 side dish was $7.24. If you want to order a side ala carte it's $2 for a single order and large was $1 more. For main entrees ala carte is $3 for a single order and $9 for the large. I'm not sure why there is such a big jump between the single order versus the large order. That's nearly 3 times as expensive! The staff were overall friendly in getting my order and I was out pretty quickly.

  • Mike V.

Well it is Panda Not the best Chinese food, but not the worst either. Lots of selections as well as they show calorie's for all those counters out there. I love their pot stickers as well.

    (3)
  • NC G.

wish there was more consistency in portions and food preparedness - esp. @ busy times (lunch and dinner). Tends to be a default place to eat - not first choice...and now need more fish entries (only walnut shrimp)

  • ridhika s.

Worst panda place I've been to. Don't go during lunch hour, the staff moves slow and they don't have enough cooks or its poorly managed. Every single time I've been here they are out of like 4 dishes...you have to wait anywhere from 10-20min for them to refill there food. I've been at other locations, they are able to manage the crowds and always have there selections full. The staff has never compensated for the ridiculously bad service and the long waits. I've asked for a manger and every time I was told there isn't one on duty.

    (1)
  • J W.

The employees are lazy it's still early and they don't want to make fresh batch of noodles. It's no wonder this location has poor reviews. I thought I would try it decided not worth tempting faith.

    (1)
  • Birdy H.

Listen, I'm asian and I love asian food however, panda express is just like its name, EXPRESS! I only come here when I have no other option or a gun is being held to my head by friends and co-workers. Too pricy for mediocre Chinese food! I will say, the orange chicken is pretty good.

    (2)
  • Susie O.

This Panda Express has THE slowest service possible. There is no sense of urgency even with a line of customers nearly to the door. It's chinese fast food...all you have to do is scoop up what I want, pour contents into container and ring me up. Shouldn't take but a min. Soooooo.....why does it take them so long???

    (2)
  • John P.

came here today on my lunch because I saw a sign that said they're open and it was close to my work. This place is super new next to Target. The interior look nice and the food was place in a steel wok rather than the steel pan the other panda express had which made look a little fancier! lol. The place was rather small and could probably sit up to 40 people max but they have a couple tables outside. The place was neat and clean, didn't see any trash on the floor The food portion they gave out was pretty decent but I think it was a little less than what other panda express stores gave out. Service was fast, the server would let the cook know if one of their entree was running low and the cook would immediately start to cook it. I was out of there in less than 3 minutes. all in all, as a newly opened place, that they are doing a good job.

    (4)
  • Heather A.

It took FOREVER to get my food here during the lunch ush. Parking was also a nightmare. But I enjoyed my food.

    (3)
  • Monica A.

They say that the polite way to give constructive criticism is in the form of a "feedback sandwich". I believe this mean I give two concerns with a compliment inbetween. Ok panda... Top Bread (concern #1): You seriously need more than one employee working the food line during peak hours. Meat (compliment): You have the best chow Mein of any panda I've been to. Bottom Bread: You need more options on tap, half of your entrees were completely empty. Fin.

    (3)
  • Ali S.

The employees are rude. this is one of the worst panda expresses ive been to. I like panda express, but hate this location because of the employees. they deferentially need customer service training.

    (1)
  • Abbey V.

MR: ok...i know this is fast food, and i know its amazingly unhealthy....HOWEVER! I freaking love their orange chicken...everything else....not so good....however i could eat their orange chicken until it gave me a heart attack.

    (4)
  • Jose G.

I've been here quite often and I'm actually surprised that every time I go regardless of time they never have many options available. I always see a few sides completely empty or looks dried out and they never seem to have any appetizers. They also seem to carry fewer options compared to other Panda Express. Their service is usually really slow with lines over 5+ people waiting. They also seem to forget to add soy sauce when I request some so I just ended up buying a bottle from Target.

    (2)
  • joyce l.

This is not express at all. They ran out of kung pao chicken , which several people have been waiting for for 10 min. But the kitchen keep making fresh batch of other stuff that no one is waiting for, and party trays. This is just ineffective communication, lack of prioritization and lack of resources.

    (2)
  • Nic P.

Not too happy with the visit. I wanted to eat in, but they pack my food as to go without even asking me. And I paid for a bottle of soda, they didn't pack it together with my food!! I didn't notice till I drove back to the hotel.

Taking too longgg to take our orderr.

    (3)
  • Richard F.

Quick. Cheap. Chinese Food. Can't really go wrong with that I suppose The service is mediocre here, and unlike other Panda restaurants there were no free samples! (-1/2 star) The person who serves the rice is really fast, the people who serve the rest of your platter are a lot slower. So there is a big tendency to have a slow-up in the middle of the line (-1 star) The food is good, especially the honey walnut shrimp and the portion sizes are above average. This particular day the ice was also out making for no cold drink and no sign telling this to customers (-1/2 star)

    (3)
  • Ron.Paul l.

Very good service on a Thursday evening.. they got so busy that they forgot the sauce for our chicken that she came out to find us. They constantly asked if we wanted free samples as well. Food was okay but the 4stars is for the lady behind he counter constantly greeting customers and very friendly even under the stress of the line she keeps her cool. It was actually so busy the cooks were helping serve food.

    (4)
  • Nicole L.

Went here cuz we walked to target. I know they just opened but the fried rice has no flavor, kung pow chicken was burnt, and the service was bad. Maybe ill drive to milpitas next time!

I'm a big fan of Panda Express. This location is just horrible. Such a disappointment. I've given them too many chances to get their act together. Their bowls are always empty. I think the cheap Chinese lady owner doesn't want to cook more unless someone asks for it, then you end up waiting for 10 minutes while the lines pile up. My last attempt at eating there, they were out of orange chicken and the lady told me 2-3 minutes wait. So I said sure, I'll just wait for it. 10 minutes later they had not even started to cook it. They were so behind on trying to refill their empty bowls, they had to make more of everything while everyone stood around waiting for them. They were actually asking people that had to go orders to take a seat and wait for them to finish cooking all the stuff. I ended up asking for a refund which the lady screwed up. Her refund was actually another charge on my debit card. ggrrrrrrrrr. So irritating. This has happened numerous times. Too bad, this place is right across the street from me. Could have been a convenient location for me.

  • Pam S.

I'm sad that this location is getting unfavorable reviews. My husband and I come here between 5-7 pm and so far have not had any bad experience. We come here at least once a week because it's close to our office and we like the food. The staff are definitely nice, polite and prompt. Maybe we are just lucky to come when the better staff is on shift. As with the food, we didn't mind the extra 5 minute wait for the fresh batch. Parking is definitely a challenge but we always got lucky.

    (4)
  • Herbert K.

The service was sooooooooooooooo slow. There was an actual line of 8+ people waiting for this "chinese" food, WTF? Uh- hello, at other Pandas, I was served within 5 minutes including samples & with the bins full. So, it is not the food but the people working there inefficiently.

    (2)
  • Murray B.

i went here because the line at chipotle was so long (at 1:50!), but this was my slowest fast food experience ever. seemed like total disorganization among the staff.

5 Panda Bear Stars * * * * * This Panda Express opened a few months ago so that in itself deserves 5 Panda Bear Stars * * * * * for a new restaurant/business. If you've read any of my other Panda Express reviews then you know I love me some Panda Express. I love the clean taste of their food. White rice, kobari beef and string bean chicken. Confuscious say: new restaurant open deserve five star...

did I really eat here? Yes. It was fresh cooked. That chef was bangin away on fresh fried food and fresh veggies. Good job dude. I had rice, eggplant tofu and hot and sour soup. Their soup is interesting, they have a lot of mushrooms in the hot and sour, I've never seen that many mushrooms in it. I will return.

Food is always pretty good. Can say that the food sometimes isn't as good as it should be. The people seem pretty nice in their. The lines never are too bad. Glad to have a good place near my house.

  • Taryn H.

Went here after work around 9:40 pm. All of the food was gone, and when it was my time to order the lady told me she was out of everything I wanted. I asked her how that was, since they close at 10:00. She ended up asking the cook to make more food, he was very angry with her and me, muttering under his breath and speaking in spanish--- he was yelling and he refused to cook any food. I asked to speak to the manager, was told there was none and that the manager was at home. This is some of the worst customer service I've received.

Tried to go here a while back but every time I was met with long lines and decided to go try next door instead. Finally one day I went after the lunch rush had passed. And.... they ran out of broccoli beef! So I settled for Beijing beef to go with my orange chicken, stir fried noodles, and steamed vegetables. And was that Beijing beef salty or what! I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth after I returned to work. Yeah I sure hope they have some of the broccoli beef next time and some regular tasting beef.

Very disappointed with my Panda experience at this new location. Aside from the Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef being WAY over-spiced (my mouth was on fire, and I spent time growing up in Asia, I'm used to spicy food and this was just insane) the manager was a royal b***h! I've been eating at Pandas all across the country for the last 15 years now, and it's no well-kept secret that at the end of the night, when they're closing, they tend to pile on extra food and offer you little bits of leftover stuff. The serving girl was VERY friendly and aware of this tradition, so she gave me extra portion of Beijing Beef, there was only half an entree of Orange Chicken left so she gave me that and half a portion of Mandarin Chicken, and offered to give me a couple of the cream cheese rangoons for free too. She offered the same treatment to my friend who went with me. But when we got to the register, the manager rung us up instead of the serving girl, and she yelled at the server for doing what she did and then charged my friend and I both for FOUR ITEMS and a DRINK despite the fact that I asked for NO DRINK. When I complained and said I'm not paying for a drink, she told me "Too bad, you cheat you pay." I will be reporting this incident to corporate, of course, because this is the first time I've ever experienced something like this at a Panda. I will be going back because it's just down the street from home and I love Panda Express, but they're going to have to shape-up if they want to keep my business and not continue to get reports to corporate.

This place is new and clean. They seem to not use too much oil which is a plus. The staff is also friendlier than most panda expresses. Maybe because this one is new? I also went to their grand opening which gave customers a free meal! So they are my favorite panda location! :D Anytime i want quick fast chinese food, ill come here. :D Sweet fire chicken is yummy!

Food is never available after 9:30, workers seem confused sometimes. I also heard this place is haunted.

Hit or miss. I like that they sell chicken potstickers instead of pork. And their cream cheese wontons are pretty good too. But all their other dishes are usually subpar.

Fast and efficient service. Pretty good food too. During lunch time on a Tuesday, it was pretty busy so the turnover on each dish was pretty high. Everything was hot and fresh and didn't appear to have been sitting out for a long time. This is one of the better locations I have been to.

I'm big fan of Panda Express, but I'm definitely not a big fun of this location. This totally blows, because my work is 3 minutes away. They opened a few months ago, and I'm sure they're still working out kinks and getting in the flow of things. However, every time I come here, I find myself waiting particularly longer than other locations. There's one particular server who never seems to understand me. On more than one occasion, I wanted to sample a dish, and she kept asking me what sides I wanted. I repeated myself 3 times and finally just gave up. I could've sworn I was speaking English. Anyhow, when I want to get my Panda fix, I'll drive a little further and go to the Milpitas location off of Calveras.

Its cheap and fast, but the portions are not what are shown on TV. Skip the Shrimp, not work the extra money.

the food quality here is not as good as other places for some reason. not sure if it's the freshness of the ingredients or the cook. in any case the chow mein, kung pao chicken not so good...

Came to this place at 9:30 PM on Sunday night (Sep 29th). The location looks beautiful at night. The lady serving food was uninterested in being gracious to us. She put 3 servings of food into one box (seems to be a shortage of boxes), was very parsimonious with the soy sauce, everyone seemed very cool to the customer's presence. All that for drab and tasteless Chinese fare. No surprise the place was deserted on Sunday night. Saw some disgruntled customers go to the "Five Guys" next door. Definitely not coming here again. Never.

Don't bother coming here anytime within one hour before closing. Their selection starts dwindling (which they don't bother replenishing) and they completely stop serving food 30 minutes before closing. What kind of fast food restaurant does this? The management here is in desperate need of shakeup.

This is one of the worst Panda express I have gone to.The service is very poor.Looks like the person serving is not at all interested in what she is doing .They seem to act like they are serving some free food to the customers.Serving portions are less compared to other Panda express.Communication is a big issue.

Panda Express isnt as exciting as it used to be, It's not the chains' fault. With time things change what was once fun, great an experience turn to something dull something expected. Did you that the mandarin sauce goes in the green bean chicken, eggplant tofu and mandarin chicken. Same goes for the others they use the same sauces and build up from there. I want things to be the way they used to be but it seems that its too late for that.

I work close by and usually can't go in until after 9 PM. Bottom line don't waste your time coming that late. At 9:30 the selection is non-existent. they do have rice and chow mien, but almost all of the main dishes are wiped out. They will cook up A dish when they completely run out, but if you don't like it you are out of luck. I am all for not wasting and throwing out food, I get that, but they should at least have a couple of items available, until 10PM when they close.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
